I filed my 2017 taxes Turbo tax...even paid extra for audit help... Now the IRS is saying I didn't file and they are charging me $13000 for failure to file! What do I do?

Better check to see if your return was rejected and you somehow did not notice or follow up.  If you used online TurboTax what does it say for your 2017 return--does it say "Accepted" "Rejected" "printed" or "ready to mail?"

And if you owed tax due for 2017 your only proof of paying would be your own bank/credit card records.

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on 2017
