I filed my 2017 return a week ago, and one of our employers randomly send us a corrected W-2. The only thing corrected was their address. Do we need to amend our return?

No, you do not need to amend. The only reason you would amend your tax return, would be if doing so would change your tax liability. Since a change of address doesn't change your tax liability, you have no need or requirement to file an amended return.
