I filed jointly on my husbands account however I am getting notified that I did not file my taxes on my turbo tax. How can I confirm I filed my taxes?

If you filed a joint return with your spouse, then you only needed to use ONE account for a joint return.   If you know that the joint return was filed and accepted, you can ignore any emails or messages that are being generated from your own "old" account.  

No need to confirm with TurboTax.  As long as you filed with the IRS and State you are ok.  TurboTax is just reminding you to file because the deadline is near and this account has not submitted a return.  No action is needed.
