I sent in my drivers license and birth certificate 6 times via email and no response. The chat gets me nowhere either. I call and that is even worse. No one at this place will help me and my refund is sitting in a locked account and it really does belong to me!

I’ve spoken to at least 10 credit karma reps via chat with no success. I’ve called and talked to five supervisors at credit karma also with no success. I’ve emailed my drivers license, Ss card and birth certificate as well as a pic of myself holding my ID that they requested and my account is still locked and no one has an explanation for why they haven’t unlocked the account. At this point I don’t think they are going to help me or give me my refund. I won’t do business with them ever again.
