I filed an extension the last 2years then never filed them, i was getting money back both years, what do i need to do to get this corrected

You can't prepare prior-year tax returns on TurboTax Online. You have to purchase TurboTax Desktop, download it, and install on your computer to prepare your 2021 and 2022 tax returns. You can prepare 2023 online.
