Did you file your extension through TurboTax EasyExtension? If so, you can check on the status of the extension anytime by logging in here: https://myturbotax.intuit.com/eze/

There is no extension showing up - it just let's me file again. HELP what do I do? It said "pending" the first time I went in a couple hours ago, but later it doesn't show anything. I don't know if I'm good or not. I owe a LOT of money so I had requested a big transfer. I don't know if I need to try another method of sending the funds or not. I don't want to get stuck with a big penalty .

BTW - I tried calling in to Turbo tax and after an hour and a half I lost the connection. Not your fault, but I can't wait any longer.

If you file an extension, TurboTax will always pick up where you left off and allow you to continue to file (so you can file later). You can check your e-file status, including extension status, using this tool: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/. Does the extension payment you're referencing show debited in the account you used?

If you pay directly and come back to file in TurboTax later, you can reference this article to add the extension payment you are making outside the product: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899271-where-do-i-enter-my-estimated-tax-payments
