I filed an amendment for 2018, do I need to report the Money I get back from 2018, for 2019 taxes that I am currently in the process of filing?

I just did the Amendment this year, prior to starting my 2019 tax return filing.

No, the refund on the 2018 amended tax return is not reportable as income for 2019.
