I filed a federal tax form and I got everything correct it IRS accepted it and I forgot one number just one in my account number I need to add 1/6 everything else was correct routing number everythin

Unfortunately, that 1 missing or incorrect number will result in not getting your refund via direct deposit.

 

If you have already filed your return and it has been accepted, you cannot make any changes to your return as it has already been transmitted to the IRS. 

 

If your bank account is no longer there, the deposit will be rejected and your refund will be mailed on a paper check to the address on the tax return filed.
