I filed 2024 return using turbotax but when I access my turbo tax account, it doesn't show my 2024 return. What should I do?

2024 is still the current year return.   Tap or Click on Add a State to let you back into your 2024 return.

There are a couple of things you could be experiencing.   If you see evidence that you prepared the return in that account, but can't get to the return interview because it's now closed, you can use the method that

mentioned above to open it back up.  Since you have already filed the return, and if it was accepted (if efiled), don't make any changes in the return.   If you ever have to file an amended return, it has to start off exactly as it was when it was originally filed.

Or is this your situation?

When you log in, do you see no evidence at all that you have prepared a 2024 return in that account, and it's acting like it wants you to start one?    If that's the case, then you likely have multiple accounts without realizing it, and we can tell you how to find the right one.
