I fear I did not file my taxes right because IRS keeps saying not found when I do the "wheres my refund after submitting my SSN and refund amount

I never did taxes on my own.  Doing them here was my first time, and I followed instructions here best I could but now I fear I did not do them right at all and I need to find out if I did, and if someone at Turbo Tax can look them over to find mistakes, and also, can I e-file them even tho I already mailed them through the post office in Mid March?  I have been trying to get help for over a month now because I am DEAF and cannot do phone calls.  I finally got a TTY just last night and not used to it yet obviously.  don't I deserve to get help the easy way via email or chat?  My goodness I paid for the best way here and support sucks for as much money as I paid for this.

If you mailed your return, you don't want to efile.  There is a delay in processing the returns as the IRS is not processing paper returns at the moment due to Covid-19 and social distancing policies in effect.  This is likely why it doesn't show on Where's My Refund.
