I efiled my tax return. Then received a 1099-Int. I amended my tax return. I was getting around $963 back. The amended tax return says $0. How much am I getting back?

When I efiled it said $963 was coming back to me. Then I had to amend it to add 1099-INT for 26.64 intrest. On the amended form it says $0.00 back but box 18 shows $963 on the 1040X form. How much will I actually be getting back? Is it really $0 or $963???

You will still get the original refund. The amended return will show the difference you owe, or that you will get back as a refund (in your case, you won't get an addition refund or owe).
