I e-signed my return. However, while attempting to re-finance my mortgage, my lender wants a signed copy. How do I get a signed copy of my return?

Print a copy of your tax return, sign it, and give the signed copy to the lender. On the 2019 Form 1040 the signature space is at the bottom of page 2.

There is no written signature on a tax return that was filed electronically. Lenders often ask for things that don't make sense.

Your lender may not understand how e-signing works.   If they want a hard signature, you'll need to print out your Form 1040 and sign it in the signature section.     Do you know how and are able to print your return?
