I e-filed my state tax return, have a document that shows the state return, never received it and when looking it up on my states website it says no info regarding it.

Was the state efile ACCEPTED or REJECTED ?   Check your filing status by logging into the online program, complete a few 2023 interview screens, then scroll down and review the 2022 tab. 

If your account shows that the state return was rejected, then you can still file it---but you must file by mail.  E-filing is closed for 2022 returns, so you will need to print, sign and mail it in to the state.
