I e-filed my returns on 4-11-19 and it seems my fed return was never accepted. The web status says it was accepted. BUT the tax due was never transferred. I want a HUMAN!

Welcome to Intuit ... not only do they not have humans, they also lobby against the IRS creating a free filing software.

If you used Download, you were supposed to mail a check on 4/15.  Not sure about online.
