I e-filed my federal return through TurboTax on 1/25

I e-filed my federal/state tax return through TurboTax on 1/25, received confirm message via cell phone messages but till today never receive any confirmation thru IRS, should I worry or not?

Have you tried to track your refund on the IRS website using the Where's My Refund tool? If not, to track your Federal refund, visit the Where’s My Federal Refund? site here: https://www.irs.gov/refunds. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.

 

If after tracking your refund using the Where's My Refund too, you do not have an update you can follow the instructions in the following FAQ to contact the IRS for further assistance.
