I e-filed my 2016 federal but i need to print my MA state return. Where is it?

I looked through suggested responses.  They said to log into my account. I created an account, but it doesn't connect to the tax information I've already saved.

I can't see any way to access my MA state return.

If you have already e-filed your federal return, sometimes you have to change the filing method in order to find and print the State return. Try this:

    • First, log in to your TurboTax account.
    • At the Welcome Home screen, choose?Visit My Tax Timeline?(see screenshot).
    • Under? Some Things You Can Do, at the bottom of the screen, Choose?Add a State?(you aren't really adding a State, but you will be able to access your return).
    • Once you are in, choose the?File tab, and continue to?Prepare to Send. (step 3)
    • On the screen? We've determined the easiest way to file your taxes, go to the bottom of the screen and choose?I'd like to change filing methods.?
    • For your MA return, choose File by mail.

Hope this helps!

Thank you.  I couldn't get there while I was logged in, but after I logged out then back in again I was able to complete the state return.
