I e-filed and tried to print the necessary forms. I tried, and here's message I received, "TurboTax was unable to print your tax return. Please try again later.”

This error usually occurs in Mac OS 10.4.3.

To resolve this issue, update your Mac operating system:

  • From your Mac’s Apple menu, select Software Update.
  • Update to version 10.4.5 or higher.

After updating your operating system, you should be able to print your return in TurboTax.
