If your AGI is rejected, you have the chance to correct the information.

Double check that your copy of the tax return matches what you previously filed by requesting a transcript from the IRS.
Try calling the IRS' AGI Hotline at +1(800) 829-0582 ext. 652
Enter 0 if you didn't file last year or your return was processed after mid-November
File a paper return instead of e-filing.
