Turbotax needs to switch up who they deal with because it's been false advertising and I still need to pay for max which is wrong. Is there any possible way I can change it to where I don't have max because I didn't get much help at all this year
If you've previously added the Premium Service bundle but aren't seeing an option to remove it, it's likely because you've either already completed your order or have begun using the features included in your bundle. If either of these apply, the remove option won't be available to you.
If neither of these apply, use the following instructions to reach the Remove option and delete Premium Services from your order:
