I don’t owe a balance, but turbo won’t let me file amended return. Wtf

Form 1040X, to amend your 2019 tax return, is scheduled to be available in TurboTax Online on 02/27/2020.  You will not be able to amend your 2019 tax return using TurboTax until that date.
