I don't have my 1095 form from last year. I do have my insurance card. Can I use information from card on taxes?

I didn't receive any forms from marketplace. I did have insurance, but the only proof is my insurance card.  Can I use it?

If you had state Marketplace Health Insurance and should have received a Form 1095-A, the go to this healtcare.gov website for the 1095-A - https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-form-1095/

Here's how to get a copy of you 1095-A.

  1. Log in to your HealthCare.gov account.
  2. Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2022 application — not your 2023 application.
  3. Select “Tax Forms” from the menu on the left.
  4. Download all 1095-As shown on the screen.
