I do NOT want to e-file my Fed. tax form I do NOT want to e-file my State tax form. I want to print out each of the forms and file using US Mail.

Turbo Tax has a great FAQ that will walk you through how to print and mail both your federal and state returns. It is recommended that you certify mail the returns so you can track them. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3401713
