I do not have my 2023 Form 1040 for the AGI amount. My sister filed my taxes last year. All paperwork was with her she passed away last year. Can I file by mail?

Yes you can mail. You don’t need the AGI to mail. But try entering 0 for the AGI and see if it lets you efile.
