I didnt get my full refund and i have no offsets

I am supposed to get $2,627 back in my refund and I didn’t even receive half of that. I dont have any offsets or anything. When am I going to get the rest of my refund? it’s frustrating that i have to go through this. I’ve filed with TurboTax before and have never had a problem until this year very disheartening.

Why is my direct-deposited refund or check lower than the amount in TurboTax?

Why is My Tax Refund Not What I Expected

The third Economic Impact Payment of $1400 per person was sent out in March of 2021. The IRS may be saying you got it and are asking for it again on you return.

They just started saying ^this^ as a response to everyone a few hours ago. No one buys it. A lot of us are missing thousands, yet the IRS says they kept no offset. And you report all the stimulus you got while filling and it calculates then. Turbo Tax is smellin nefarious. You really should go raise a stink on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/turbotax/

I had no offsets. Checked the irs site and irsGo app. No offsets. I was supposed to get 4,200 and only received 2,835. I put in the exact amout for rebate of the child tax credit from the paper sent to my by the IRS themselves. The exact number they quoted.  Because I did not receive the full amount they said I was owed the remainder of it from march of 2021. You all took out the amount that the irs said was owed. No offsets and money missing. Seeing now in this thread that I'm not the only one and it's not looking good.

Besides "offsets," the IRS might have made adjustments for things like data entry errors or missing income. You will get a letter from the IRS is 2-4 weeks. They do not notify TT.
