If you have any questions or need assistance with the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

Did you figure this out? I got the same email and I’m worried about fraud and identity theft.

No I didn’t figure it out. I initially requested the advance but wasn’t approved for it so what I did was go back and enter my banking information to get it direct deposited into my bank. On my documents for my taxes it has my account info but I still got the email and no success at getting someone from turbo tax to answer this for me

I applied and was approved for $500 but I didn’t want the advance. I already got my refunds DD to my Chime account weeks ago. I just got that reminder email about my refund getting loaded on a Turbo Visa. The email looks hella phishy to me since it ends in .co and not .com. Anyway, since I got my refund as expected I wouldn’t worry about yours BUT don’t click on that email. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam.

If you have already received your refund, you can destroy any card that may arrive in the mail. Please don't open any email that looks suspicious.

If you suspect you have received a phishing email from someone impersonating Intuit, please report it immediately
