Okay, it has passed 10 business days. First, make sure your address on file is correct. Then, call 1-888-285-4169 to get a new card sent to you. (Make sure you let them know that you 'never received your card').
How do I talk to a talk to a real person because they keep asking me for a card number that I never recieved

No I never received a card but I did get a routing number and day account number. And it all said from green dot . So I tried to make a very small purchase and it worked. So my money is in a green dot checking account. Maybe I can help someone.
So were you able to buy a green dot card out of a store and transfer your money ? Or is there a way I can transfer it to another account ? Because I have my routing and account number also. It gave it to me on the turbo online website .How did you make a purchase ?

I've had my money on my TurboTax card for a week now still haven't received the card still nobody giving me answers on what I can do I won't be using this again it's a rip-off
I know its extra, but go get a greendot card, just so u can get through the ivr. They will send u another card!!
I didn't receive mine either and had to order another one and that one still didn't come yet
I've called and emailed and have gotten NOWHERE! this is ridiculous! My money has been on since the 27th of February. There's no excuse for this.
Mine has been on the card that I never received it any suggestions. I am truly not happy about this
What I finally figured out was I downloaded the turbo card app and put in my info (minus my missing card number) and when it showed my balance it also had the last 4 digits of my missing card number. I called NetSpend and when it asked me to put in the last 4 numbers of the card number i was calling about I used those. Then it said my card had been returned to them and I requested a new card. I'm currently waiting for said card so I don't know if all that worked or not but I'm hopeful. I hope that helps you.
It’s been my 4th time ordering the card and I still haven’t gotten it. I got all my money on that card and it’s been more then a mounth I got my refund. I even had my first monthly fee charged. Every time I call they just send me another card, ITS MY MONEY AND I CANT EVEN TRANSFER IT TO ANOTHER CARD. And everytime they reissue my card I purchase something online and everytime I just get the Item I purchase and not the card.
I filed my taxes on the 4th, it is now the 30th and I have not received my card. I am now UNABLE to pay my rent or bills on time as a result. Neither the greendot people or the post office can tell me a fucking thing about where it is. This is entirely unacceptable. I was told I could not transfer those funds to a card I already have.
