My tax return was garnish by the IRS even my first and second stimulus can I still get the first and second stimulus check if I amend my tax return

The Treasury Offset program has FAQs related to whether your stimulus payments can or will be garnished. As far as the third stimulus payments, the IRS may not offset this for federal tax debt, however it could be used for other debts.
