I did not realize that the card i had my taxes deposited on expired for no activity so now how will my taxes be sent

The IRS will issue a paper check, if the financial institution rejects the deposit.

how long does that usually take? is there anyway i can put a different card information in once its been accepted and approved?

No, unfortunately, you cannot make changes after you have filed if it has been accepted.

is it the same for the state checks
