I did not claim mu second stimulus because I received it on Jan 4th 2021. Do I need to change this on my tax form where it shows I received it?

Should I of put my second stimulus amount on my taxes when it was received Jan 2021?

Yes you were supposed to enter it.  But if you already e-filed you cannot change it now.
