I did file a tax return last year with a CPA and paid $60.00 I forgot to put that in when it asked, will this cause a problem or would it make a difference in my refund?

Tax preparation fees go on your Schedule A, subject to the 2% limitation.

See below for the standard deduction chart.  If you don't have more in total deductions than the amount for your filing status, then No, it won't make a difference.
