I did an amended tax go because I just received my second w-2. Was I supposed to mail it or does turbo do it?

You can e-file an 2021 amended return in TurboTax, but if you need to pay taxes owed, you would need to mail in a check with a payment voucher (1040-V).  Or, you can pay taxes owed for Federal on the IRS website.

https://www.irs.gov/payments

If you owe State taxes you can check their website for payment options, or mail in the payment.

Yes, your amended return is allowed to be e-filed if it's for 2021, and TurboTax would do that for you if you selected it.  Your state return might also be allowed to be e-filed.  TurboTax should alert you if you need to mail your state return.

I received W-2c 2020 mailed with my W-2 2021.  It corrected the Social security tax withheld amount that reported in 2020 (in the higher amount).

Can you please advise what do I need to do?

Thank you!

If the only change on the 2020 W-2 is a correction for Social Security taxes withheld you do not need to file a 2020 amended tax return.

According to IRS  guidelines, you would amend a return if if there's a change in your filing status, income, deductions, credits or tax liability. in this case, there is no need to amend because there would be no change in your return.
