I did amends and on that it said I only owed $70 dollars on federal now do I need to do amends on state also

You would only have to amend your state return if the changes that you made to your federal return also affect your state. It's possible that if the change is small, it wouldn't change your state tax at all. Then you wouldn't need to file it.
