I did a paper return for 2023. I need to file an amendment. Can i do that on turbo tax if i paper filed?

Did you use Turbo Tax to prepare the original return?  You can amend using Turbo Tax but if you paper mailed the original return you will have to mail the amended return too.

You need to wait for the original return to be fully processed and you get the first refund or pay the tax due Then you can Amend.

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take five months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
