I deleted my 1040-ESs and Virginia 760-ESs in my 2020 tax return by mistake... how do I get them back

I was reviewing my Estimated Tax for 2021 worksheet when I clicked on an option and Form 1040 popped up... now all 2021 ES statements are missing from my completed 2020 return

There is no way to retrieve a deleted form in the software. If you saved the return before you deleted it, you may be able to retrieve it by opening that saved version.

Actually, there's an estimated tax worksheet for Federal visible once you "Go To FORMS"... I opened it and chose one of the checkboxes and my ES forms were re-created.... same thing for VA estimated taxes
