Wondering what ever came of this as it happened to me this year for 2018 tax period. Was it glitch on WMR and you did actually get refund via mail or DD? HOPING it was a WHERE'S MY REFUND issue and bad information.
sborner, hello I did ended getting the refund by mail never understood why it happen. All my information was correct and they still mailed it instead of sending direct deposit. Sorry that you are going through it hopefully you get your refund.

I spoke to a taxpayer advocate today, and was told that there was no routing or account number listed on our paperwork. This is a blatant lie! Our tax guy, makes copies of everything for us, and on the paperwork sent down state, both numbers were listed. I even went back to double check the ones we keep for our records, and the number was listed there as well. It's nice to know that the government wants to screw with money people have earned!
