Unfortunately the IRS does not share tax refund information with Turbo Tax once they accept the return. Best course of action is to call your bank and see if a direct deposit has happened and if the bank rejected it for some reason. If they did then that means you will be getting a paper check.
If the bank has not received a direct deposit then call the IRS and speak to someone there to see what is going on. They will be able to look at your tax account and see what happened if anything.
The IRS will not tell you anything about your refund! My husband and I have had our refund directed deposited for years now, and have been using the same account. We have never had a problem until now. All of our paperwork was filled out correctly. I even went back to make sure the routing and account number were correct, and they were. Our refund should be directed deposited, but the website shows we are being mailed a paper check. I called the IRS to find out why, and they couldn't tell me anything. The representative I spoke to said, that they are not able to see the paperwork filed. All they can see, is what's on the website! So much for them being any help!
