I choose my refund to be deposited to my savings account but inputted my checking account number instead. I know i can't go back and change it. What is to happen?

There are three different things that can happen:

1.) Your return is accepted, but because the information you entered matches neither your checking account or savings account, a check is mailed to your personal address.

2.) Your return is accepted, and is deposited into your checking account.

3.) Your return is rejected, and you are able to make the necessary changes before re-submitting.
