I need to mail my state return with a check, but my return says do not mail on it. how can i print a clean copy.

I would contact the State Department of Revenue and see if you can forward the check. It appears your return was e-filed to them, so if you owe taxes, you can forward your check directly to them. If you print your return and send it in the mail, it could slow the process down since two tax returns would be submitted on your behalf.
