This can mean you are still working on your return if you have not submitted it. I recommend you double check your e-file status by logging into the e-file tool.
If it was accepted, continue to check the IRS website for an update. Once they have a date, they will update the website. You will need your, social security number or ITIN, your filing status and your exact refund amount. You can obtain this information from your Turbo Tax account.

It can take 24-48 hours for the IRS to accept or reject a return. Please refer to the following article to check your e-file status.

You can track your refund through the Where’s My Federal Refund? Website. You can also download the IRS2Go app to check your federal refund status.

This can mean you are still working on your return if you have not submitted it. We recommend that you double-check your e-file status by logging into the e-file tool.  To do this, please see our e-filing status page here.

If you are seeing this on TurboTax, this can mean you are still working on your return if you have not submitted it. I recommend double checking your e-file status by logging into the e-file tool, to ensure your return has been submitted to the IRS.

If your return has been submitted, it can take 24-48 hours for the IRS to accept or reject a return.

Once your return shows accepted by the IRS, TurboTax receives no further information from the IRS and you will then need to go the the IRS Where's My Refund? site for the most up to date information regarding your tax return.
