If you have e-filed the 2016 federal tax return using the online editions and the federal return has been accepted by the IRS, then when you sign onto your online account using the exact same user ID you used to create, complete and e-file the federal tax return, you will land on the Welcome Home screen. Click on the blue link Download/print return.
