I cancelled Turbo Tax last year and still got a charge this month. I went into the online account and requested a refund request 11/5 and still haven't seen the refund.

Did you cancel the Advantage subscription using the procedure as shown in this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/change-service-level/cancel-turbotax-advantage-subscription/L4UBBY0Th_US_en_US?uid=loulml0x

 

It may take a couple of weeks after you requested a refund for the refund to be issued.

 

TurboTax support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday

 

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue

OR you might have another account. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
