I can’t see any of my tax returns from 2012-2015 I keep getting this message error <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?> <Errors xmlns="http://schema.intuit.com/platf

See workaround below.   This is an error with mobile devices that is being worked on.  

 

 

TurboTax customers who are attempting to save a PDF copy of their tax returns from their tax home page in the TurboTax mobile app on iOS will receive the following XML error

Workaround

We are working to resolve this issue and restore this functionality.  To work around this error and save your tax return, you may use your mobile devices web browser to access TurboTax Online or access from a computer to save the PDF files.

make sure app is up-to-date as well
