I don’t have a turbo tax card or haven’t reported the situation to the IRS because they not available through phone calls.
just to clarify, you checked the GET MY PAYMENT portal and the account number listed is not something you recognize?????

Yes, I did checked that and the account they told me they sent it, it not my bank’s account and I only have one. The last 4 digits doesn’t match to it. So idk where it might be.
