I can't find 1099 forms in my filling

While I use TurboTax, the app asks me to enter information for 1099-DIV and 1099-INT forms. However, when I review the forms before filling, there are the only forms I see:

  • 2018 Form 1040-ES payment voucher
  • 1040 with schedule D, schedule 8812
  • Form 8949

When I checked with my investment bank, I was told 1099-DIV must be included in filling.

Do 1099 forms need to be included in the filling? If so, why doesn't TurboTax include them?

Thanks,

The income reported to you on 1099-INT and 1099-DIV must be included. If greater than $1500, Schedule B would be filed. Otherwise, total interest and dividend income is reported on form 1040.
