How can i send in my returns correctly. I printed them out and i got duplicated pages.

Hello, may I get clarification on what you mean by duplicated pages? Did you print your whole return to mail and it printed it out multiple times? Please respond here for further assistance.

I had gotten a duplicate copy for my federal, but im assuming i have to attach it to my California return since it says attach copy of federal?

Correct ... if you asked for the CA return and a fed was included then read the CA mailing instructions to be sure ...
After the return is open, click in the left menu column on TAX TOOLS, then PRINT CENTER.
Then choose "Print, save, view this year's return."
