I can not download my returns. I hit the Download/print return bottom. On the pop up window at the bottom of the screen I selected "open". Then nothing happens.

It may just be a bug.

Try saving your return by going to the top left corner of the window under File>Save or Save As...
Then, exit out of TurboTax and restart your computer. Launch TurboTax, open your save file and try again.
