I became an American citizen in 2019. Where can I change my status in IRS ? Should I report the change of my status to IRS?

You do not need to report your new Citizenship to the IRS. You are allowed to file a Form 1040 through TurboTax.

The IRS is only concerned if you are eligible to file the Form 1040 as a U.S. citizen or resident alien for tax purposes.
