I applied for the advance loan I see the credit karma card but no funds is on it

You do not get any money for the advance until the IRS accepts your e-file.  The IRS will not begin to accept e-files until late January.

You don't get the Advance until the IRS accepts  your return and the IRS won't open efiling until late January.  And it is not a loan, it is just an Advance on your refund.
