If you log back into TurboTax, does it indicate:

  • Pending
  • Accepted
  • Rejected

If none of these appear, you may not have filed your returns.

You can also use the IRS website    Check Your Refund .

You can check the status of your tax return.  You will need:

  • Social Security Number.
  • Tax return year.
  • Hilling Status.
  • Exact refund amount

If you wish to contact the IRS, you can call toll-free at 800-829-1040

Hello and thanks for replying,

On the TurboTax website my status in "accepted" nut on the IRS  website it only appears as "Refund Recieved"

Where can  I see a real estimation date or somethling like that?

Thank you!

The IRS website will not give you an estimation date for when the federal tax refund will be issued until after the tax return has been Processed and the tax refund Approved..

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
