I applied for an SSN but haven't received it. Leaving the SSN field blank prevents me from printing the form. Where can i find the mailing address?

Not having a SSN will not prevent you from printing your return to 'File By Mail'.

 

When you print your return, the first page is 'Filing Instructions' that tell you where to mail your tax forms.
